soon to be hyacinth
my neighbor laura's forsythia.
the rose canes are leafing out. good lord they look tortuous, don't they?
my beloved lilacs...probably my favorite spring flower.
the chives.
these are part of a plant that was growing at my childhood home and was given to me by my dad when
we moved into this home 10 years ago.
i can't remember what these herbs are. but they are pretty hardy, the first, along with the chives, to push their way through the garden soil.
our strawberry plants...which most of the fruit ends being eaten by this one......

I can't wait for summer either! Getting tired of grey sky and rain. Now Easter is over summer is the next thing to look forward to!

I have to agree with you – I have never been a fan of winter. I'm glad spring has arrived for you with lots of beauty to look forward to – and photograph! Have a great week. :)
I love the picture of your dog licking his chops!
Stunning photos, as always. Our day lillies are going crazy here in NC. One of the local daycares has a thousand (at least) tulips blooming. I need to go take photos. Love your pupster, he is adorable. Oh, I am a winter wuss!!! I cry when it gets below 70. HA
Hugs,
Sissy
